Tasting Notes
■ 外観: A brilliant, lively yellow-green.
■ 香り: An inviting, aromatic bouquet featuring bright citrus, ripe stone fruits, and delicate floral hints from the Riesling and Manzoni.
■ 味わい: Medium-rich and super dry (超辛口) with a pleasantly crisp freshness. The palate is dominated by juicy melon, peach, and ripe citrus, finishing with a profound, mouth-watering minerality and great structural depth.
This unique cuvée brings together the zesty elegance of Rhine Riesling and Graševina with the rich, aromatic complexity of Manzoni Bianco (a cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc) and the subtle earthiness of Green Sylvaner. A 1-day cold maceration gently extracts aromatics, and the wine is aged for 6 months in a combination of stainless steel (INOX) tanks and large 1,000-liter wooden barrels, giving it a rich mouthfeel and remarkable aging potential.

Hand-harvested from the elevated Topolovec vineyard, this wine showcases the exceptional terroir of the Plešivica region. By masterfully blending 30% Rhine Riesling, 30% Graševina, 30% Manzoni Bianco, and 10% Green Sylvaner, the winery has crafted a deeply complex yet incredibly refreshing white wine that captures the pure essence of its marl and sandstone soils. Known for their meticulous vineyard management and low-intervention cellar practices, this producer consistently crafts terroir-driven wines with excellent aging potential.

This specific soil composition, combined with the cooler elevation, is the secret behind the wine's striking acidity (7.6 g/L) and the intense, lingering minerality that defines its character.
