Located in Slovenia's dramatic Vipava Valley, Guerila winery combines strict biodynamic farming with ancient winemaking techniques to express the purest and most profound essence of the terroir.

Rebula, known as the king of white grapes in this region, has thick skins, making it ideal for extended maceration, producing a well-structured and distinctive orange wine. Hand-picked grapes undergo 6 months of skin contact in traditional clay amphorae, naturally fermenting with only wild yeasts. After that, they are aged for 18 months in the same amphorae on fine lees, undergoing natural malolactic fermentation, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered, strictly following Maria Thun's biodynamic calendar. (Production: an ultra-limited production of only 1,000 bottles worldwide)
