This wine pays homage to the region's historic field blends, uniting Slovenia's indigenous star varieties like Zelen and Pinela with the structure of Rebula and the aromatic charm of Malvazija. It presents a symphony of local varieties built for long-term aging.

Cultivated under strict Demeter standards, hand-picked grapes are destemmed and then spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts. After extended skin maceration, the wine is aged in traditional large barrels. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur dioxide added, allowing the terroir to be captured in its living form.
