■ Appearance: Pale straw color with a slight natural haze.

■ Aroma: Vibrant notes of green apple, quince, and fresh lemon zest, layered with delicate hints of white flowers and tropical fruits.

■ Palate: Crispy, juicy, and beautifully mineral-driven. The bright acidity, synonymous with Moravia, harmonizes wonderfully with a rich, smooth mouthfeel that glides across the palate.

Vinařství Syfany
Located in Vrbice, a picturesque village in South Moravia, Czech Republic, Vinařství Syfany is a passionate family-run winery. Founded by Jakub Zborovsky and named after his parents, Sylvia and František, the estate practices biodynamic and low-intervention winemaking to capture the raw energy of its historic land.

Grapes are hand-picked from organically cultivated vineyards. After a brief 3-day skin contact to extract flavor, natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts. Malolactic fermentation also completes naturally, and the wine is bottled with minimal SO2 (sulfites) and without excessive filtration. Committed to absolute quality, Jakub and his team use only the top third of the highest quality grapes harvested from their 40-hectare farm for the Syfany label.

With its beautiful natural acidity and subtle umami, this wine pairs surprisingly well with Japanese cuisine, making it an incredibly versatile partner.

Origin: Vrbice, South Moravia
The vineyards are located on southeast-facing slopes with well-drained loess and clay soils, similar in climate to the famous Wagram region of Austria. Surrounded by natural forests, the deep biodiversity of the area protects the vines from strong winds and imparts a remarkable vitality to the grapes.
