Tasting Notes
■ Appearance: A beautifully luminous, translucent ruby red in the glass, with delicate garnet hues at the rim.
■ Aroma: An enchanting and complex bouquet of wild strawberries, dark cherries, and dried rose petals. Seamlessly integrated are earthy undertones of forest floor and truffle, with a hint of sweet spices.
■ Palate: Silky smooth and ethereal yet possessing a profound structure. Flavors of ripe red berries and delicate minerality dance on the palate, supported by surprisingly fine, velvety tannins that lead to a beautifully long and lingering finish.
Grapes are cultivated using strict biodynamic methods and late-harvested for perfect phenolic maturity. After natural fermentation with wild yeasts, the wine undergoes long-term aging in French oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulfur dioxide intervention, preserving the vibrant breath of a living wine.

This soil places appropriate stress on the vines, limiting yields and producing wines with astonishing concentration and a vibrant, earth-rooted energy.
