A beautifully crafted traditional method rosé sparkling wine. This wine is a convergence of Moldova's expertise and a delicate, elegant pink hue. Radacini Wines, established in 1998, is the pride of Moldova, a historical cradle of European wine. Collaborating with Umbarto Menini, an Italian veteran winemaker with 50 years of experience, they meticulously craft premium wines of absolute quality using 100% hand-picked grapes from their own vineyards.
Tasting Notes
■ Appearance: A beautiful pale pink color accented by fine, delicate, and persistent bubbles.
■ Aroma: A vibrant bouquet of red fruits and refreshing citrus, highlighted by a pleasant, cool menthol aroma.
■ Taste: The palate is fresh and exceptionally elegant. It offers rich fruitiness and satisfying volume, maintaining a beautiful balance with precise and appealing acidity.
This is a remarkably rare and appealing blend for a sparkling wine. Pinot Grigio contributes a gorgeous pink hue and delicate red fruit notes, while Sauvignon Blanc provides vibrant citrus aromas and crisp acidity. Utilizing the traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle), the Pinot Grigio undergoes a brief 6-8 hour cold maceration to gently extract its beautiful pink color. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at 13-15℃ before blending. To preserve its sharp and fresh acidity, malolactic fermentation is strictly avoided. Following this, the wine undergoes a minimum of 9 months of sur lie aging in the bottle.

Vineyard & Terroir
Codru Region, Central Moldova
Cultivated in a 20-hectare plot characterized by somewhat loamy black soil (Chernozem) rich in carbonates. The warm continental climate with moderate rainfall creates a perfect environment for these white and light red-skinned grape varieties to develop concentrated fruit flavors while retaining the acidity essential for premium sparkling wine.
