Tasting Notes
Color & Aroma
A deep, rich golden color. Unfiltered, it retains its natural, authentic character. A dense bouquet where freshness and evolution coexist. The sophisticated sweetness of baked apple, juicy nectarine, and dried grapes is layered with the characteristic floral nuances of Motovun.
Taste
An oily, smooth, and luxurious texture. A complex harmony of wild honey and orange peel, with a salty minerality providing structure. The elegant finish from acacia barrels adds structure without diminishing the fruitiness.

■ The Story of the Variety
Malvazija Istarska is the heartbeat of this region, and 'La Prima' is its noblest expression. It proves that carefully handled Malvasia can achieve astonishing depth and longevity.
■ Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested in early October. Seven days of maceration extract color, tannins, and complex aromas. Then, it is aged for 12 months in acacia barrels, achieving a uniquely supple texture.

Motovun's "white soil" forms the sharp mineral backbone that characterizes this wine.
High elevation and a unique microclimate ensure the grapes reach perfect ripeness and
