An Avant-Garde Nordic Terroir Cider House
Crafted by the innovative team at Brutes, this cider house in Sweden pushes the boundaries of traditional fruit fermentation. Sourcing pristine fruits from the picturesque islands of Ekerö and Munsö just outside Stockholm, they create living, natural beverages that perfectly express the wild, untamed essence of the Nordic terroir.

A masterful blend of crisp Swedish 'Discovery' and 'Aroma' apples, fragrant 'Alexander Lucas' pears, and a show-stopping 10% local plums. A true natural fruit pét-nat, the plums undergo approximately six weeks of semi-carbonic maceration before being carefully blended with the apples and pears, contributing to the soft acidity and surprisingly juicy texture. Unfiltered, unfined, and with absolutely no added SO2, it is bottled under crown cap.
