With an extremely limited annual production of only 2,300 bottles, they meticulously adhere to uncertified organic farming and traditional qvevri methods, expressing the raw, vibrant beauty of ancient Georgian viticulture.

The Story
Unique Blend and Uncompromising Qvevri Method
This unique blend perfectly harmonizes the firm acidity and structure of Rkatsiteli with the aromatic and tropical notes of Khikhvi Mtsvane. The mere 3% addition of Muscat Rkatsiteli acts like a delicate spice, enhancing the wine's bouquet with its distinctive floral aromas.
The grapes are fully destemmed and fermented by wild yeasts in traditional underground qvevri at ambient temperature. Following spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes 7 months of skin contact with all stems removed. It is then naturally clarified by gravity and bottled unfiltered. Misha Dolidze's meticulous, minimal-intervention approach ensures that every bottle is a living testament to the ancient winemaking roots of Kakheti.

Vineyard & Terroir
Vachnadziani Valley, Sharoant Khevi Plateau Terroir
Cultivated at an altitude of 450 meters on a 1.5-hectare west-facing slope, these young vines (planted 2015-2016) bask in sunlight throughout the day. The unique soil composition of clay, silt, and rock encourages the single cordon vines to root deeply, imparting profound minerality and concentration to the organically grown grapes.
