Pivnica Radšina, Slovakia's oldest existing winery, has been producing exceptional wines in the Nitra region since 1532. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes 26 months of meticulous barrel aging (65% large oak, 20% new small oak, 15% used small oak), followed by two months of blending in large oak barrels and another two months of bottle rest before release.
