■ Nose: Highly aromatic and complex bouquet. Exotic lychee and rose petal notes from the Gewürztraminer harmonize seamlessly with the crisp green apple of Chardonnay and the prominent flinty minerality of Riesling.

■ Palate: Dry and fresh, with a beautiful texture that spreads across the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation creates a gentle, creamy mouthfeel, while the high-altitude Riesling provides a crisp, refreshing, and long finish.

Château Couly ─ The Jewel of the Beqaa Valley
Château Couly, crafted by winemaker Jean-Paul Couly, is a boutique winery nestled at the foot of the eastern slopes of the Lebanon Mountains. Its vineyards are located in the breathtakingly high-altitude region of Dour, Zahle, at 1,250 meters above sea level, where the family practices strict organic farming. Each bottle encapsulates the pure, untouched nature and rich history of the Beqaa Valley.

The grapes, planted in 1996, are fermented with cultured yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their pure fruit character. Partial malolactic fermentation softens the acidity and rounds out the wine. It then rests in stainless steel tanks before undergoing 4 months of bottle aging prior to release.

The rich aromatics of Gewürztraminer and the crispness of Riesling offer incredible versatility at the table:
