Meaning "White Maiden", Fetească Albă is a highly prized indigenous varietal in Moldova and Romania. It is beloved for its delicate floral notes, bright citrus energy, and pure, elegant character.

The winemaking employs the authentic traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle). Hand-picked grapes undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their fresh aromas. Afterward, secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, and the wine is aged on its lees for at least 12 months to develop fine bubbles and creamy complexity.
