Domaine des Tourelles — Pursuing tradition and pure fruit flavors
To maintain perfect quality, grapes are 100% hand-picked from vines over 70 years old and transported in small 20kg crates. Following traditional winemaking with 10 days of fermentation in concrete tanks, natural malolactic fermentation occurs. Finally, the wine is aged for 8 months in old French oak barrels, which elegantly softens the tannins without masking the pure fruit characteristics.

Cultivated in the challenging environment at an altitude of 1,050 meters, these old vines produce an incredibly low yield of 30hl/ha, resulting in immense flavor concentration. The clay and limestone soils provide a firm mineral backbone, while the dramatic diurnal temperature shifts between the scorching Mediterranean sun and cool mountain nights effectively preserve the grapes' natural freshness.
