Domaine des Tourelles ─ A Historic Lebanese Winery
Nestled in the majestic Western Bekaa Valley, this boutique winery is helmed by winemaker Faouzi Issa. It is highly regarded for producing pure, terroir-driven wines that capture the vibrant soul of the Middle East.

Grapes from 16-21 year old vines are 100% hand-harvested into small 20kg cases to ensure they arrive at the cellar in perfect condition. To maintain maximum freshness and the natural fruit flavors, there is no oak aging or malolactic fermentation. Traditional winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C for 10 days.

With its floral aromas, bright acidity, and complete freshness without oak, this blend pairs wonderfully with Mediterranean and mildly spiced cuisine:

Grapes are cultivated at an astonishing altitude of 1,050 meters, yielding concentrated fruit at a low 45 hl/ha, grown in rich clay-limestone soil. This high elevation brings cool nights, perfectly balancing the intense Mediterranean sun during the day and preserving the grapes' natural acidity.
