Nestled in Slovenia's beautiful and rugged Vipava Valley, Guerila Winery, with its absolute dedication to nature, produces pure, terroir-driven wines that rival the world's finest traditional method sparkling wines.

This unique cuvée blends two indigenous varieties highly prized in the Vipava Valley: Pinela and Zelen. These varieties are esteemed for their bright acidity, delicate floral character, and remarkable ability to express the soil's minerality. Grapes, hand-picked from strictly biodynamically farmed vineyards, are made using the traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle) and aged on lees for an astonishing 36 months. To preserve the inherent purity of the grapes, no dosage (sugar addition) is performed, and bottling is done in perfect harmony with Maria Thun's biodynamic calendar. (Production: A limited release of only 3,000 bottles worldwide).
