■ Palate: With an alcohol content of 11.5%, it offers a very fresh and light mouthfeel. Due to a unique winemaking process, it possesses juicy, salivary-gland-stimulating acidity like a classic white wine, yet also delivers an exquisite texture, pleasant astringency, and a mineral-rich umami finish that invites another sip.

Crafted by Josef Bauer, this large format bottle celebrates the pure loess soil terroir and the purity of low-intervention winemaking, designed to be enjoyed unpretentiously with great company.

80% of the juice has only 5 hours of skin contact to preserve freshness, while the remaining 20% ferments on skins for 30 days, extracting the vibrant aromas and gentle tannins of orange wine. These two are blended and aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, then bottled unfined and unfiltered, achieving a perfect balance of complexity and drinkability.

Wagram Appellation, Grossriedenthal, Kronberg Vineyard

Harvested from the organically farmed Kronberg vineyard. These vines were planted between 1988 and 1999. Situated at an elevation of 325-335 meters, the vines’ roots extend deep into the Wagram's distinctive loess soil. This powdery ancient soil is the secret to Grüner Veltliner's success, naturally controlled by strict low yields (40 hl/ha), producing grapes with vibrant spice, elegant fruit, and a transparent mineral core.
