Fetească Neagră (meaning "Black Maiden") is Romania's flagship and most cherished black grape variety. It is beloved for producing deep, spicy, and fruit-forward wines with incredibly soft, approachable tannins and excellent aging potential.

Grapes from their own vineyards are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (28-30℃) to preserve the purity of the fruit. Malolactic fermentation occurs in oak barrels, followed by 6-8 months of slow aging, which adds beautiful layers of spice, smoke, and vanilla to the wine. This is a magnificent example of a traditional Romanian indigenous grape combined with world-class winemaking expertise and modern techniques.
