■ Palate: Crisp, clean, and refreshingly fruity. Classified as medium dry, its residual sweetness is perfectly balanced by crisp acidity, making it taste less sweet than expected. The aromatic characteristics typical of Devin are elegantly restrained, resulting in a refined, highly drinkable, and predominantly dry profile.

The story of the indigenous Devin variety and the secrets of its winemaking
Devin is a proud indigenous Slovak variety, created by crossing Gewürztraminer and Veltlínské zelené. Specially developed to thrive in local environments, it typically produces rich, aromatic wines. In this “Prediction,” those rich characteristics are skillfully controlled to create a smooth, refreshing style.

Only the finest fruit is used, so the grapes are carefully hand-harvested. To extract delicate flavors without releasing heavy phenolic compounds, the juice undergoes 12 hours of cold maceration at 12°C, then gentle pneumatic pressing at 1.6 bar. Finally, it is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure, fruity character and vibrant freshness.

The wine’s crisp, fruity profile and subtle sweetness pair wonderfully with rich, flavorful, and savory dishes.
