With deep respect and passion for the grapes
Fermentation and maceration were meticulously carried out for 20-24 days under strict temperature control (26-27℃). After malolactic fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the wine was elegantly aged for 13 months in 225-liter Hungarian oak barrels (only 3% American oak). This process brings out its distinctive and spicy complexity.
