Hand-picking and Traditional Craftsmanship
Grapes are carefully hand-picked and machine-harvested from vines aged 6 to 45 years. After gentle pressing with a pneumatic press, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests in tanks for approximately 6 months before carbonation and bottling at a gentle pressure of 2.5 bar. It is sealed with a convenient, easy-to-open screw cap.
