Winemaking & Variety
Sivi Pinot (Pinot Gris), beloved in Slovenia, produces exceptionally aromatic and textural white wines. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from steep, sun-drenched slopes, the grapes are fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
